​Our dairy products are handmade by trained local Maasai women from the 100% authentic and organic Maasai cow milk. The milk is delivered to the processing plants by the local Maasai women very early in the morning and not later than 3 hours after milking. The milk is then tested for all dairy processing and hygiene standards before being chilled and pestuarized. It is then processed into Yogurt, Cheese, Butter and Ghee.
